Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar 375ml

Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, made in Italy. Although this product is not produced by our family, we felt it was a wonderful product to complement our Sunflower Oil. One of our most popular recipes is our Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette. This is the Balsamic we use in our recipe. This is a Barrel-Aged Condimento blended with cooked grape must and premium aged wine vinegar, aged up to 10 years in small oak casks. Sun-ripened, late-harvest Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes are hand-selected before soft pressing to obtain “Mosto Fiore,” the highest quality grape must. Pairing our sunflower oil & this thick Raspberry Balsamic is heavenly. We will include the recipe with each order of Vinegar.
